Terms & Conditions

The terms set out in this document constitute the entire agreement between you and Eurotech Design regarding the use of the Eurotech Design website and products.

The following terms and conditions apply to website users and customers of Eurotech Design.

PRICING

Eurotech Design reserves the right to change its pricing at any stage.  Eurotech Design will promptly and clearly communicate any price change on this website. 

The price which is payable for the products is the price that is clearly set out on the website at the time you order the product.  The price does not include delivery charges.  All prices are inclusive of GST.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Eurotech Design will always aim to keep all product information 100% accurate to help you make informed decisions.  However, please be aware that from time to time there may be inadvertent errors on the website and mistakes in relation to pricing, inventory information, and product specifications. Eurotech Design will use its best efforts to minimise and correct any mistakes. If you find a mistake, please report it to our Customer Service team via web chat or email.

Eurotech Design recommends that you do not rely on the information contained on the website and does not accept liability for your reliance on information on its website.

ORDERS

By completing a purchase order you are stating that you agree to be bound by all of these terms and conditions. Eurotech Design reserve the right to accept or reject any order (in whole or in part) submitted by you, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to any order that we believe, in our sole judgement, to have been placed fraudulently, to supply to trade, or to re-sell. Any information contained on our website constitutes only an invitation to treat, and is not an offer by us to supply any products, goods or services.

PURCHASING

If there is an error in pricing online, in a product description, name or product image, Eurotech Design reserves the right to contact the customer and make the appropriate changes to the order. If an alternative option is not agreed upon with the customer, the order will be cancelled and the amount paid refunded in full.

DELIVERY

Online purchases are currently only delivered to New Zealand addresses, please call our customer service if you require delivery overseas. Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name for your order is accurate and complete as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed. We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. We will endeavour to deliver goods on the agreed delivery dates but, to the maximum extent permitted by law we will not be held liable for late delivery.

Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas. Delivery will be deemed to have been made when the goods arrive at the delivery point agreed with you.

You must notify us within 10 days of the dispatch date (as stated in the email we send confirming dispatch) if you have not received an item. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

RETURNS

Eurotech Design will, upon return of a product, offer you a refund, repair or exchange within a reasonable time in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refunds, repairs and exchanges will only be offered if you are able to provide a receipt or other satisfactory proof of purchase and if;

  • A product is damaged or faulty through no fault of your own (provided you were not aware or made aware of the defects prior to purchase) and you can provide evidence of the damage/ fault.
  • A product is not fit for its normal purpose.
  • Incorrect goods were supplied.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You have rights under New Zealand Law if the product you purchased has a defect. To view these rights in full, visit the NZ Consumer Protection website.

For minor and major defects, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund of your purchase. If you agree to a repair of a product with a major defect, you are still entitled to refund or replacement at any time. Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. 

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about an order you have placed, we can offer you a refund or exchange. However, all items must be in their original packaging, unopened and in working condition. A restocking fee may apply in this case.

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs for returns/exchanges due to change of mind, and original shipping fees can not be refunded. If an item is received and Eurotech Design deems it not to be in suitable condition for re-sale, we reserve the right to reject the refund/exchange.

INCORRECT GOODS OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If any part of your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team via web chat, email, or phone within 14 days. All claims subject to Eurotech Designs Approval.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Eurotech Design. Refunds will normally be processed within 14 business days.

EUROTECH DESIGN RESERVES THE RIGHT

to make changes to our website, stock indicators, warranty policies, privacy policy, terms and conditions at any time.

If any part of Eurotech Design's policies, terms and conditions or warranties is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part of the Terms is severed, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remainder of the Terms.
