White Chocolate and Cranberry Biscuits

Whether you want to treat that special someone or even just yourself we have a super simple recipe for delicious white chocolate and cranberry biscuits that anybody will love.


• 125g softened butter
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp golden syrup
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ cup cranberries
• ½ cup white chocolate bits


    1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.

    2. Cream the butter, sugar and golden syrup until light and fluffy. Add the flour, baking powder, cranberries and chocolate mixing through until combined well.

    3. Place teaspoons onto your baking tray and place them into the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool on a wire rack.
